  • Scope of warranty:
  • 　　OBDChina warrants the products of its own manufacture purchased from OBDChina met the applicable OBDChina products specifications and be free from all defects in materials and workmanship for the following periods from the date of purchase.
  • OBDChina ’s obligation under this warranty is limited to, at OBDChina ’s option, either:
    　　(1) Repairing, or (2) replacing the products on an exchange basis. The warranty for such repaired or replaced products will be valid for the remaining warranty period applicable for.
  • How to get warranty service:
  • 　　Return the products to the outlet from which the products was purchased. All warranty claims must be presented within the applicable warranty period(s) above and accompanied by a valid proof-of-purchase.
  • Warranty Exclusion and Limitations:
  • The warranty shall not apply to:
  • 　1. Defects or damage resulting from use of the products in other than their normal and customary manner, e.g, in excess of their maximum specification or operating instruction.
  • 　　2. Defects or damage from misuse, accident, neglect, improper testing installation, alteration or modification of any kind, or spillage of food or liquid
  • 　　3. installation, maintenance or repair performed by service personnel not authorized by OBDChina or its resellers
  • 　　4. Products which have had the serial / identification numbers removed or made illegible
  • 　　5. All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to customer normal use
  • 　　6. Operation or damage caused by ancillary or peripheral equipment not manufacture by OBDChina but used in conjunction with or accompanying the products
  • 　　7. Any other defects or faults which occur for reasons beyond the reasonable control of OBDChina & its resellers
  • 　　This warranty contains OBDChina sole liability with respect to the product sold and is given in lieu of all other warranties or representations whether statutory or otherwise, or whether express or implied, oral or written, which are specifically excluded to the full extent permitted by law, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. However, to the extent required by laws of applicable countries of purchase, the benefits conferred by this express warranty shall be in addition to and not limit or purpose to limit any statutory rights or remedies that may be available to the owner under relevant legislation in the country of purchase. Under no circumstance shall OBDChina ’s liability exceed the purchase price of the product. In no event shall OBDChina be liable at law or in equity for an special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the installation, use or failure of the product or any defect therein or any part thereof from any cause whatover including without limitation the negligence of OBDChina or its employees or resellers.
