Q:What is the most economic way of sending a shipment via DHL?

Please always try to make the order where the weight meet the gross weight to be 10 KG or 25 KG which is the best way to maximize the shipment budget.

The net weight of a 10 KG jumbo box is around 1 KG.

The net weight of a 25 KG jumbo box is around 2 KG.

Q: What is the dimension of the DHL jumbo boxes respectively?

25kg jumbo box: 450*480*350

10kg Jumbo box Size: 430*360*250

And please know that the not enough of 10 KG or 25 KG in either boxes respectively, but would still bill at the same price from DHL.

Q: Why the price from the online shop is only the FOB Hong Kong?

Since there exists different options of the delivery, e.g., freight collect, international courier or air parcel or local delivery. So, we list the price only in FOB HK.

Q: What can be the lowest budget on the sending of shipment?

The lowest one would be the sending via air parcel. Usually it takes 2 to 4 weeks of delivery time from the post office subjected to the markets.

(Sending via air parcel is always UNTRACKABLE and it has NOT any insurance, we are NOT responsible if the package is lost).

Q: How can control the price of the shipment to be in the accurate sharply?

Only under the freight collected can be, please need to advise us the freight collect account number registered from any international courier.

Q: Can the export invoice from OBDChina show other name?

It must show the name of OBDChina for any export due to the custom declaration needed.

Q: Can OBDChina provide the invoice with the VAT?

Since there is no VAT tax existed in Hong Kong, so, none of any destination country custom would endorse the invoice. That would even make the shipment more troublesome in the importing bureau.

Q: When is the deadline for picking up the goods in Hong Kong & China if the shipment is send via international courier?

All international courier close at 18:00 with the time zone in Hong Kong.
