OBDCHINA After Sale Policy

OBD China Co.,Ltd sales only quality products and equipment. We sale our items with limited one year warranty (depends on item type). Only devices (scanners, programmers, adapters,keys ,transponders, remotes) are covered by the OBDCHINA warranty, other items such cables, cases and other accessories are not covered by the OBDCHINA warranty program.

 

How it works – OBD China Co.,Ltd warranty system

Warranty program works very easy, if your device stops working properly stop using it and contact us as soon as possible. When you contact us at first we will try to resolve problem through phone or email by giving you instructions of repair steps. If that doesn't work you'll send us your device by the DHL, UPS or other post service with problem description. When we get your broken device we repair it or change (depends on damage) and send it back for you with DHL, UPS or other post service.

 

Restrictions!!! The following conditions will be of no free warranty service:

If you damage device while doing device firmware updates incorrectly;
If you damage device while using it wrong (example – if you connect diagnostic device to car while it is connected to external battery charger and etc.);
If you damage warranty seals on the device housing;
If you damage device with while using non proper power source (external power supply);
If you damage device physically (drop, hit or etc.);
If you damage device with water spill or other liquid;
If you damage device while using it with non proper cables and adapters or other accessories;
If you damage device while using wrong cable not suitable for specific car;
If you damage device while using it in conditions not compatible with conditions described in device user manual instructions.

 

Repair:

OBDCHINA SHOP can repair your broken device even if it is damaged and not covered by the warranty. In such case you should contact us and describe how device is damaged. We will tell you how much will cost a repair and shipping (we do not cover device shipping costs when shipping back to client when device is not covered by the warranty program). We have all parts and accessories needed for any our device repair (cables, monitors, housings, proper firmware and software and etc.).

 

IMPORTANT: DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS NOT DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE. DO NOT REQUEST RETURN AUTHORIZATION FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. ALL SHIPMENTS ARE FULLY INSURED. NOTIFY www.obdchina.com IMMEDIATELY IF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS DISCOVERED. WE WILL FOLLOW-UP WITH THE CLAIM AGAINST THE SHIPPER. DELAY IN YOUR NOTIFICATION COULD VOID YOUR INSURANCE. IF SHIPPING CARTON SHOWS NO DAMAGE AND MERCHANDISE IS FOUND TO BE DAMAGED, YOU MUST STILL NOTIFY US. PLEASE RETAIN DAMAGED MERCHANDISE UNTIL CLAIM IS SETTLED.

 

Return Shipment:

Authorized return must be shipped prepaid. Note: For your own protection, insure return shipment.

Please fill in and print out the "Customer Complain Sheet" before returning any item(s) to us. Put the customer complain sheet in the return package.
you need contact our sales for the unique " Customer Complain Number", we have the right to reject the return package once we cannot find the Customer Complain Sheet without customer complain number. pls note!!!

Note: To avoid customs problems, please make sure return the faulty items to us by EMS, or ship it by air post from your local post office. Never use UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX!!!

 

Replacement:

Non-quality Problems
In 15 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color ,size, or version. it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package (you will pay the shipping fees). The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer us the supplementary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, we will replace the items sent from you.

 

Quality Problems

In 15 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems (Non-human factors or non-resistant external damage), it can be returned and replaced. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you again. We will pay the shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you. (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)

 

Return and full refund:

In 7 days (from the date products were received), if you find the products with quality problems, and you can not use the product at all. in chis case, the product can be returned and refunded. You need to send back to us the products in original package. When we receive the products sent back, we will give you a full refund of the purchased item (shipping fee not included). (Note: It is our quality-control professional that give a final judgment on whether the quality problems are caused by personal factors or non-resistant external damage. The purchased products will not be repaired, replaced nor returned for free if its quality problems are caused by human factors or avoidable damage.)

 

Service and maintenance

OBDCHINA ONLINE SHOP provides full device service and maintenance. We can update your device firmware and software. If you want to have full service and maintenance for your device(-s) please contact us for more details.
